Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms at any time without notice, and your continued use means you accept the changes.
Ownership and Use
The content on this site is owned by Unity & Justice Fund PAC or its licensors. You can use it for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you can't resell it, publicly display it, or use it for data mining.
Trademarks
All logos and slogans on this site are our property or the property of third parties. You can't use them without written permission.
Eligibility; Security
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Permitted Use; Prohibited Conduct
We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Site for its intended purpose. You will not use the Site for unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

Information Collection and Use
We collect identifiers and contact details (name, email, phone, mailing address, account credentials); Transaction and donation data (payment amount, items purchased/donated, limited payment details); Device/usage data (IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location, cookies and similar technologies); Communications (messages, inquiries, survey responses, preferences); Optional information you provide (event registration details, interests, professional affiliations).
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information unless you voluntarily provide it. Do not send us Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, or health/financial account numbers.
We use personal information to: Provide, and operate the Services; Process donations and transactions; Send confirmations and receipts; Communicate about opportunities to support our mission (you can opt out anytime); Personalize content and measure engagement and site performance; Maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with law, tax, and audit obligations; and With your consent, for any other disclosed purpose at the time of collection.
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. When no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify information consistent with our retention schedule.
We do not sell personal information.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege, MFA for administrators). No system is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and do not reuse credentials.
Cookies and Online Tracking
We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to operate the site, keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some browsers offer a Global Privacy Control (GPC); where required by applicable law, we will treat a recognized GPC signal as an opt-out of “sale”/“sharing” for targeted advertising if we engage in such practices.
Your Choices and Rights
Communications opt-out: You can opt out of email by using the unsubscribe link, and of SMS by replying STOP. We may still send essential transactional or legal notices.
Access/Correction/Deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions (e.g., records we must retain for receipts or audits). To submit a request, contact us at info@unityandjusticefundpac.org. We may need to verify your identity to protect your information.
Do Not Track: We currently do not respond to Do Not Track signals, but you can limit cookies as noted above.
Children and Minors
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, COPPA). If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information to us, contact us at info@unityandjusticefundpac.org and we will delete it. Minors 13–17 should use the Services only with permission of a parent or guardian. If you are a New York resident under 18 and have publicly posted content you wish to remove, you may contact us to request removal where feasible (note: complete or comprehensive removal of online content may not be possible).
New York Consumer Notices
New York law prohibits deceptive acts and practices (General Business Law § 349). We strive to provide clear, accurate disclosures about our data practices.
If we experience a data breach that compromises your personal information, we will provide notices required by the New York SHIELD Act (Gen. Bus. Law § 899-aa, § 899-bb) and applicable federal law.
We honor lawful subpoenas and court orders issued by New York authorities and other courts of competent jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to $100 or the amount you paid to access the site, whichever is greater.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal actions must be filed in New York.
Termination
We can terminate your access to the site at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Miscellaneous
These terms make up the entire agreement between you and us. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
